Refund policy

At The Quilty Spirit every product is carefully chosen, packaged, and shipped with love an d attention to detail.  Because of the nature of our products - including fabric cuts, quilting kits, project kits, patterns, handmade items, etc. - all sales are final.

No Returns or Exchanges

We do not accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations once an order has been placed.  

This policy helps us ensure that every customer receives brand new, unused materials in perfect condition.

If your order arrives incorrect, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery at spiritquilting@hotmail.com with:

  1. order number
  2. photo of the product and we will work quickly to resolve the issue and make it right.

Custom & Subscription Items

All custom quilts, personalized items, and subscription boxes are final sale.

Subscription orders cannot be refunded once they have been billed.
